It was in a great location just next door to the center and all the attractions. I had unique, nicely decorated room with the bathroom, excellent shower plus nice view. The stuff and the host were all efficient.

Comfortable bed, Modern decor, Convenient luggage storage

No desk or table available!!! Air conditioning controller nowhere to be found!!! Having just one towel per person is absurd!!! Cleanliness could use better attention on certain surfaces!!! Increasing security for luggage storage would benefit guests!!!

Things I wish I knew before I tried it

Location is splendid for exploring Florence, but brace yourself for potential noise from nearby bars and some cleanliness issues. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with charming decor, yet some amenities like hairdryers and kettles are missing. Parking can be pricier than expected, so do your research! Perfect for those who love a city vibe.

We had a fantastic night enjoying the cozy deluxe double room with comfy beds and great shower pressure. The kids loved the pool while I relaxed in the little garden area, which was a great touch. Just a heads up, the window didn't close tightly, so we could hear some street noise, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

Really good Cleanliness and Perfect Location

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The keyless entry system made checking in easy, and the central yet quiet location was perfect for enjoying Florence. The mattress was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. The only downside was that it would have been nice to have a hairdryer provided in the room.

The room was impeccably clean and the location was fantastic, just a five-minute stroll from Uffizi. The shower had inconsistent heating, often running lukewarm, and there was no kettle or cups/glasses provided. The central heating couldn't be adjusted.

Room was clean and staff were sweet. No luggage storage was inconvenient.

The local bites around Coderooms were a feast! Ristorante Ara served up some delicious pasta, and I can't stop thinking about the gelato from Vivoli-pure bliss! The Wi-Fi was lightning fast, a lifesaver for sharing my foodie finds.

Though it was all good, our first attempt at opening the front gate was a giggle fest-turns out you gotta push, not pull! And the balcony? More like a sliver with a not-so-great view.

This place was just what we had hoped for. Deluxe hotel, all of the staff were amicable and efficient.- Amazing location in the center of Florence.- The room was new-fashioned and unique with smoke detectors for safety measures, central heating, an electronic key card, and multi-channel television.- Enjoyed city view.
